The i-Nozzle Checker uses a special camara to accurately determine if the beam to nozzle centering requires adjusting. A system within the cutting head automatically modifies the beam position for precise alignment. This is completed during every nozzle change. AUTOMATIC BEAM FOCUS CONDITION CHECK
By checking the laser beam focus condition, the camera-based system confirms that the system is operating at its optimal status for reliable and high-quality processing. Once selected, this test is automatically performed, and the results registered in the NC control.
