Detects dirt or abnormalities automatically

The i-Optics Sensor monitors the cutting lens protection glass to detect any dirt or abnormalities that could disrupt the cutting process. The result of this check is displayed in 5 levels on the NC control and can be set to automatically prompt the operator to clean or replace the protection glass, or if the contamination is severe, stop processing to avoid producing defective parts.
