R-TK is a part remover for automatic removal, sorting and stacking of parts for punching machines and combination machines. AMADA R-TK flexible parts take-out unloader system is composed of a part remover and a micro joint cutter.
The parts are automatically selected and stacked by a take-out unloader to free the operator from time consuming part separation and sorting tasks.
With the R-TK, speed and productivity are mathematically predictable and no longer linked to personal motivation. Preprogrammed commands allow the system to work around the clock with a minimum amount of operator intervention.
