An opportunity to work for the largest Sales and Service support network within the UK Machine
Tool Industry. This is a new, permanent, full time role working within the Sales Department.
Flexibility on working hours and travel will be required and a strong understanding of customer
technical requirements and high standards of values.
Areas: UK and Ireland – based in the Midlands area (Good connection to major road networks)
Sales of Amada machine tools and consumable products to customers throughout the UK and Ireland
Developing of new and expansion of existing client base
Technical presentations and demonstrations of the range of Amada machine tools to customers
Preparation of justifications and quotations
Provide application and onsite support for machine use and consumable selection
Minimum of HNC or equivalent in an engineering subject
Technical sales experience, preferably in the engineering industry but not essential
Enthusiastic and self motivated
Smart and professional presentation
Ability to work alone and under pressure
Flexible approach to working hours and travel
Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organisation
