PROCESS AUTOMATION
This latest technology is characterized by the integration of various automatic functions of the Laser Integration System (LIS), and of the new AMNC 4ie numerical control. I-Nozzle Checker allows you to center the nozzle, promptly alerting you when it is time to replace it, while with i-Optic Sensor, it is possible to detect the state of the lens protection glass. This allows us to drastically reduce both setup times and human intervention, compensating for the need for particularly specialized operators.
A FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE WORK CENTER
EML-AJe, with a compact footprint and an innovative design, allows you to increase the productivity of your company. Threading stations, aindex stations and scrap suction systems contribute to creating what we define as an easy-to-use machining center with a guarantee of precision and flexibility. Furthermore, EML-AJe combined with the ASR-PR tower allows for greater versatility and efficiency by combining material storage, piece picking and waste management.
