The course is designed to train personnel specialised in laser cutting line programming.
The training is held at AMADA's Technical Centre in Pontenure and course participants will learn about the best machine programming techniques.
Users will be able to configure their own sheet metal warehouse, display/integrate the list of the "ground" and turret punch magazine, and integrate the list of cutting conditions on the laser numerical control.
With CAD AP100EU, the user will learn how to produce and optimise 2D drawings.
The training will give participants all basic and specific skills on the combined technology: how to manage special shapes, how to manage forming, engraving and tapping punches, how to manage marking, vector texts, etc.
We will provide all the skills you need to import/manage third-party 2D and 3D drawings using the AMADA pack, and automatically calculate the development of components and assembled items designed in 3D.
At the end of the session, the customer will have gained the essential skills to manage and optimise cutting lists to produce.
Users will be able to modify nesting automatically produced by the system, modify the position of parts, and applied processing, micro-joints, the unloading layout of individual items, the order of processing and the trimmings of the sheet metal.
