Having specialists in a company is useful and important, but today the complexity of market demand calls for managerial positions to have a more hybrid approach, with cross-over experience and a multidisciplinary vision of the organisation. Do you agree?

Of course, but recruiting and/or establishing such complete profiles is not that easy.
Some activities require a very high level of specialisation, with the consequent need to focus a great deal, and the risk of losing sight of the final goal requested by the market.
These positions must be steered by Managers that are not specialists but have the characteristics needed. In this sense, a few extra risks could be taken, recruiting Managers from sectors other than the highly specific area of machine tools.
