Course for training personnel specialised in operating turret punching machines.
The course is held at AMADA Italia's Technical Center, and aims to provide outstanding training for new users. Highly qualified technical staff provide theoretical training and practical sessions, to guarantee participants high-level skills in sheet metal processing.

Presentation of the punching machine: numerical control, type of turret, operating scope, tonnage. Turning the machine on, closing the clamps, resetting the guards, zero resetting the machine.
Displaying the layout of the turret, turret rotation in manual or automatic mode, inserting and configuring standard and special punches/dies (forming, marking, semi-shearing, slotting). Stroke counter and tool grinding.
Loading the programme using the bar code reader, displaying the NC programme and tools to load/remove. Displaying the position of the clamps and the format to load.
Starting up processing, graphic display of processing already carried out and to carry out, processing time, resuming processing, activating automatic switch-off.
Displaying the production log, displaying the alarms and warnings log, routine maintenance schedule, email alerts of production completed or machine downtime.
