The user is also able to take advantage of the LBC Flash Cut high-speed processing capacity to process small holes and the convenience of QR Code part marking to maximize their productivity.

SOFT JOINT

When parts must be securely fixed to the scrap skeleton, there are various options available. In addition to the standard joint and the nano joint, the VPSS 4ie blank now also supports the Soft Joint. As the Soft Joint clamps the component to the skeleton sheet, it does not require a direct connection to the material. As a result, post-processing and part removal are considerably reduced.

COMMON DATABASE

Consistent material and parameter data set across multiple workstations is ensured by either a server or local central management of production. There is no need to set the program on the machine, as all production plans can be scheduled ahead of time and transferred directly to the machine via the database.
