Course for training personnel specialised in operating laser lines.
The course is held at AMADA Italia's Technical Center, and aims to provide outstanding training for new users. Highly qualified technical staff provide theoretical training and practical sessions, to guarantee participants high-level skills in sheet metal processing.
Presentation of the line (numerical control, laser generator, peripheral automations), turning on the plant and zero setting, preliminary configurations (cleaning the lens, cleaning the nozzle, calibrating the sensor, checking/configuring the nozzle change system, resetting the protection barriers)
Loading the production order using the bar code reader, displaying the NC programme, displaying the processing preview, estimated processing time, loading material to process on the automation.
Displaying the cutting conditions on the machine numerical control, presenting the main parameters for laser cutting (type of penetration, type of assist gas, cutting and marking finishes), creating new materials/thicknesses to process, changing and customising cutting finishes.
Starting the work schedule, checking the parts processed using the "Laser Pause" function, displaying the progress of processed sheet metal, processing time, resetting and resuming processing, activating automatic switch-off.
Displaying the production log, displaying the alarms and warnings log, routine maintenance schedule, email alerts of production completed or machine downtime.
