Minimise waste and maximise material utilisation

The automatic i-CAS system allows the operator to automatically utilise remnant materials to produce one-off parts or nests of parts, without having to make a dedicated program with offline software. A centrally positioned camera captures an image of the whole cutting area, allowing the system to recognize free areas on the remnant and automatically nest parts selected by the operator.
It minimises waste and maximises material utilisation, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.
