Training plan 

Audience:

The training is aimed at operators of an AMADA press brake with one of the following control.

• AMNC 3i (HFE 3i, HG)
• Evolution (HFE M2)

The course will train the control type which is relevant for the attendees (only one type per training).

Purpose of the training:

• Basic knowledge of bending technology
• Programming and production of bending parts

Requirements:

• Technical basic knowledge
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal processing
• Experience using a PC and basic knowledge of the Windows™ operating system
• Reading of technical drawings

Content:

• Machine structure
• How to check the machine before using it / handling of the machine
• Implementation of the machine / reference mode
• Data management and archiving
• Tool library
• Programming possibilities
• Set up and centering of tools
• Start / process of programms
• Sufficient practical phase
• Introduction of VPSS 3i Bend software

Trainee should bring along

• Safety shoes (with steel bar) and appropriate work clothes
