Course for training personnel specialised in operating bending machines stand alone
The course is held at AMADA Italia's Technical Center, and aims to provide outstanding training for new users. Highly qualified technical staff provide theoretical training and practical sessions, to guarantee participants high-level skills in sheet metal processing.
General presentation of the overall system, the type of machine and numerical control. Turning on the machine, resetting programming in various modes - direct, 2D and 3D. Corrections, saving data and using the safety systems.
Creating programmes directly on board the machine in various modes - from the simplest to the most complex - so that operators can work with machinery independently.
At the end of the course at the Technical Center, a day is spent at the customer's site, to clear up any doubts about using the machine and check correct operation after testing, and assist the operator in production start-up.
Displaying the production log, the alarms and warnings log, details on using the machine and exporting data.
